Unfortunately, it is not the norm these days to spend sufficient time with a professional to discuss personal nutritional needs and to develop a plan to achieve personal health goals. As a coach with a holistic orientation, I can create a supportive space, in which you will be able to achieve, step by step, your goals in regards to your health and life in general.

Using easy to understand tools, my coaching sessions will support you in exploring which kind of diet and lifestyle are right for you personally.

I have studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and learned about all the major dietary theories. What I learned most, though, is that it is not the theory that is central to my work, but the needs of the individual. Most approaches to nutrition focus on the counting of calories, carbs, fats and proteins. They neglect the simple fact that we are all different and have our own personal nutritional needs. And above all: there is more to health than just your diet.

I provide advice and coaching in a way that will help you to live a happy and healthy life that still has flexibility and joy at its heart.

I will walk by your side so you can make decisions that will kick-start the changes that you want to make to your diet and your lifestyle. Step by step we will walk towards achieving your current and future goals in regards to your health and your life in general in a way that will be easy to sustain.
